The double kennel 2 × 4 m is the most compact solution in the SAUERLAND double-kennel series. Each compartment measures 2 × 2 m and has its own entrance, while a central partition separates the two dogs. This lets you house two dogs separately without planning two standalone kennels side by side. The total width of 4 m allows a clear split into two even areas, while the 2 m depth stays manageable and sits neatly along walls, outbuildings or property boundaries.
The kennel is built in a 3-side closed design: the rear wall and side areas are closed, giving both compartments more protection from wind, rain and view. The front is metal: choose between bars with 5 cm or 8 cm spacing or a 5 × 5 cm mesh, and the wood colour among five shades.

How much space does a dog need?

Why do you recommend the bar system for strong dogs?

What ground do you recommend?
Gravel or crushed stone are ideal: they drain well, are easy to maintain and stable. Direct contact with grass is problematic in the long run, as damp grass encourages rot and parasites. At the support points we recommend paving stones or concrete slabs for a lastingly stable footing.
Does the kennel need a dog house?
